This charming 4″ oval paperweight designed with a Blue Hydrangea print on gold is an elegant desk accessory for either the office or at home. Created by Scott Potter with finely handcut papers placed under the glass that are combined with many layers of gold gilding. The back is finished with a handmade paper and sealed.
